Informativa

Personal data provided to CTS are treated in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003 No. 193, and their treatment is based on principles of fairness, legality and transparency. Consistently with the aforesaid regulation, CTS notifies users as follows:
1.	Gathered data shall be treated for the purpose of answering questions raised by users through the form contained in CTS’ website.
2.	Treatment is made in computerized and/or manual form.
3.	Data are normally kept at CTS’ premises, but CTS may disclose them to its own subsidiaries or third parties where necessary for the purpose stated above.
4.	The owner of the treatment is CTS Electronics S.p.A., Corso Vercelli 332, 10015 Ivrea, Italy (“CTS”). Users may contact CTS in order to exercise their rights under the regulation referred above, including the right to obtain the updating, the amendment or the integration of their data, as well as the cancellation of the same or of any treatment of such data for promotional or commercial purposes or for market survey purposes.
